I am Plashdar, and on behalf of the Council, I want to say to you now that when you call on us we come in our ships.
When you call on this Council, and other allied councils, such as the Galactic Federation of Light, for example, you give us an entry point.
Wherever you are, it is good to call on our aid because we send our ships to the location you are in, and when we arrive, we transmit love and awakening to every individual in the location.
Everywhere you go you can be allowing us new entry points. We are not controllers and so, we must be asked by someone before we can enter any location, and we must be listened to; we won’t force messages down people’s throats. We won’t override messages you are accepting, but we will transmit a new message if we have an entry point.
