All beings have an emotional, mental, astral and physical body. When you have an imbalance in one of these bodies, emotional, mental or astral, it will manifest in the physical form.
Each of these bodies have chakras. For the physical body, for instance, your crown and third eye chakras are represented by your brain. In the other bodies, they are light centers. Most people are only working on one set of chakras.
When an emotion builds up inside of a chakra residing in your emotional body, and you are not working to release it by working with the chakras in that specific body, the block will try to release itself on its own.
Here is a simple meditation exercise you can do:
See yourself walking down a slope until you come to a large circular room. There are five doors in this room. Take a look at each one of the doors. They represent five bodies. One door is to your emotional body, one is to your mental body, one is to your astral (or energetic) body, and the other is to your physical body. The fifth door remaining is for your light body, which has no form. It is your Higher or Reality Self.
Focus on the block you need to release. In your case, you are trying to discover what is causing panic attacks, so focus on this.
Look at each door, and notice which one stands out to you. It will probably be the door to your emotional or mental body, but whatever door stands out to you is the door you need to walk through. Walk through it.
When you do, you see the figure of a man. He is the Doorkeeper and is there to guide you. You feel very safe. Whatever memory or emotion you may end up encountering, you are very safe, and nothing can harm you.
Note from the channel: The Doorkeeper is also a name for a specific type of guide who helps with your psychic gifts and mediumship development. In this case the person asking the question has a male doorkeeper guide, but this guide could be either male or female.
The Doorkeeper will show you which chakra is out of alignment. Step into this chakra with the intent of releasing the blockage inside of it. The Doorkeeper steps into the chakra with you.
You may need to do this more than once, depending on how much there is to release, or how far back the experience goes. If it was something from a past life, for instance, or from early childhood that is trying to surface and release, you may have to go through the door a few times, but the doorway leads to whatever you are intending for it to lead to.
Be clear on your intent. Your intent is to release whatever causes the panic attacks to happen. If something more specific comes to you, hold the intent in your mind. Before you walk through that door, be very clear on the purpose, and the Doorkeeper will lead you to the imbalanced chakra and guide you as to exactly what you need to do when you’re inside, and he will stand with you inside the chakra.
You may need to visit more than one chakra or go through more than one door, so set aside a little time so that the Doorkeeper can take you through each of these.
When the last door that needs to be dealt with has been walked through, the Doorkeeper will reopen it and you will find yourself inside the room of doors. The slope will not be there again, but turn to your left and you will see a flight of stairs going upward. It will lead you out of the meditation.
It is important to be patient with yourself. The energies that have collected have built up over a long period of time. Even in cases where something triggers their release, they have been building up over a period of time.
It is important for these parts of you to know that they are okay, that they are safe, that you are not angry with them. You understand they are just trying to show you what is hindering you that needs to release. If they know you are not angry with them, they can release and heal more quickly. Likewise, if you are not feeling desperate to get rid of them, but willing to take a little time and explore them, they will release more easily from you.
When we experience heightened stress, sometimes we can become fractured, and so these blocks are more like fractured parts of you. So you should realize you are dealing with a part of your subconscious that has feelings and thoughts, and you need to treat this part of yourself gently.
When the toxins release, these parts of you re-merge, and when all of these bodies come together, when all the parts merge, you merge also with your True Form, your Ascended Light Body.
